Short version: ask, and you get your money back.
If you have paid us and changed your mind within 30 days, write to support@everkept.life and we will refund you in full. We will not ask why, and there is no form.
You can stop a subscription whenever you like, from your account or by writing to us. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the period you paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
If something went wrong on our side — the service was unavailable, or you were charged by mistake — tell us and we will put it right whatever the date.
It does not delete your memorial. Refunding you, or a payment failing, or a card expiring, never takes a page down. What you have made stays. If you want a page removed, you do that yourself, deliberately, from its own settings.
Write to support@everkept.life from the address on the account, or use the contact page. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment provider, and reach the card you paid with. Their processing usually takes a few working days.
